Come! Worship with Joy at God’s Table!
It is a new year and a new opportunity for spiritual and community growth! Come, grow with us! It is a new year and a new opportunity to worship God! Come, worship with us!It is a new year and a new opportunity to receive from God’s table with joy! Come, eat with us!
Dear Church Family,
I am excited about 2018 and I hope that you are too! This year we will be worshipping God and as we do we will learn about the different names and titles attributed to God. Names like Jehovah-Jireh, which means “God, my provider.” We will also worship with joy – celebrating the movement of God’s Spirit and the blessings we see all around!
This will also be a year of invitation! We want to invite our family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, and service-providers to join us at God’s table. We will be looking at what it means to offer this invitation. What is God-honoring hospitality? What does this table symbolize? Who is invited? Are there any boundaries to our welcome? And finally, who is the host?
As the year progresses, God-willing we will watch the development of our building project. There will be a breaking ground celebration! There will be opportunities to serve those working on the project. There will be special events where we reach out to the community! Who knows, you may have a role in planning how we minister during this project.
It is an exciting year! A year of prayer, worship, hospitality, intentional ministry, and celebration!
Come, Worship with Joy at God’s Table,
